Meet Thomas
Thomas is a business leader with experience in the banking & professional services industries. His background is in business development, program management and coaching/consulting across a rich variety of business cultures ranging from Europe, ASEAN to Australia; and org. structures including multi-nationals, small business and start-ups.
Throughout his career his core strength has been in delivering results – be it cost savings as a result of a more streamlined organisation or revenue impact by driving higher value activities. His expertise lies in process & people. From a process perspective, he is unafraid of challenging the status quo and is able to drive systemic change through root cause based problem solving. From a people perspective, Thomas is able to connect with business leaders & their teams to implement a vision-to-results strategy.
This expertise gained coupled with the belief that any business can be improved formed the key motivation to start his own coaching/consulting business in 2013.

As your local business advisor I have two separate but connected roles:
One is to connect with the local business community with workshops and educational material, the other working with our clients.

Working with clients on a Return-On-Investment (ROI) basis.
This means the income made by clients as a result of working with us must be at least a 5 times ROI. We believe fee structures should be transparent and accountable. For this reason we have proprietary software to ensure both client and advisor have an ROI “fit” before starting a program.

Since TAN was established in 2014 we have met, promoted and helped thousands of local businesses with this program. Often business owners will simply want a few pointers from an outside perspective.
